Specifically about the concept of a “minimum viable product” for each project I’m working on - not as a way to see where to start and build up/do more, but to find the least effortful/busy/complicated way of doing things. How could I let this take less of my time? What would a simplified version of this look like? What would it mean to step back and focus on the process, not perfection?
