Absolutely loved this.

Sahra touches on so many of the issues facing the Vietnamese coffee industry.

I think she's done a great job on recontextualising how people see Vietnamese coffee, although I think the "Vietnamese Coffee Wave" is only just beginning.

Vietnamese farms are beginning to understand the importance of narratives around their products, and also the nitty-gritty basics of improving their production standards.

Not sure if you've touched on the Fine Robusta concept that some Vietnamese farmers are promoting?
